Free Glimmer: A Gamified Mental-Health Pet for Teens
Teens often need engaging ways to practice self-care and track mood. Glimmer offers a free, no-signup tool that turns daily habits into a growing doodle companion.
Glimmer – A Gamified Mental-Health Pet
Glimmer is a gamified mental-health pet for teens 13-17. An evolving hand-drawn doodle creature grows when you do real self-care such as breathing, journaling, movement, and gratitude. Mood check-ins use sketchy faces, and a private Caveat-handwriting journal offers AI prompts, while spark points, accessories, and a 10-stage evolution tree reward progress. Glimmer Pals are sticker-only friend groups of up to four, with no direct messages, and the Doodleboard community is AI-moderated.
